Olympic Trials - Sheffield
April 2008
The Trails were a great experience, but for me the pressure was off as I had pre qualified from the 2007 World Championships in Melbourne. Where I picked up two Bronze Medals in the 50m and 100m Backstroke.
The programme for the Trials was the same as they will be using for the Olympic Games in Beijing. So its evening Heats and morning Finals.
European LC Championships
Eindhoven : April 2008
It all started with a small three day trip to Holland, to race in the European LC Championships in Eindhoven. This trip seemed at a strange time as the Olympic Trails were my main focus and only a week later.
