(& gold). I swim for bosss, gemma lowe and jessica dickons swam there and our coach was greame antwhistle but now james stanard

Great job in the semis getting your WR back, hope to see you get the gold in the final!
Im a fellow backstroker myself and always have been, just not as good as i used to be when i was like 12
Hopefully see you at BUCS and nick a few pointers haha
