Hi Liam
I am currently sitting at home doing my A level P.e coursework on performance analysis. I have to compare to of my events to an elite performer and highlight about 6 weaknesses for each. For my 100m backstroke (which isnt too quick)as i have only just decided to concentrate on swimming instead of doing rugby aswell. for one of my weaknesses i have put down lack of land based training, and no strength and conditioning coach as a weakness. I was wondering if it would be possible if you could reply to this message whenever you can well before the 20th if possible with a summary of what a typical land based training session would involve for you?? i.e gym work flexibilty training etc??

Devonshire Collection of Period Costume

Dear Liam
The Devonshire Collection of Period Costume puts on a new exhibition each summer in its museum in Totnes. The exhibition for the summer of 2012 will feature sportswear through the ages, to coincide with the London Olympics.
Currently we have a small grant from the People’s Record to do some research and preparation ahead of this exhibition. We plan to celebrate sporting heroes from Devon in particular – hence this letter to you.
In a section on swimming we would like to highlight some of your achievements, and hope that you are happy with this.
We wondered, also, if you would be prepared to lend us some swimwear or any other sportswear memorabilia for the period March – October 2012, so that we can feature it/them in our exhibition. All items are cared for to museum standards and fully protected in glass display cases. Although the exhibition is not until 2012, our research deadline means that we need to identify suitable artefacts and clothing within the next two months. Therefore we would appreciate an early reply.
We would be delighted if you could support our 2012 exhibition in this way and look forward to hearing if you can help us.

Congratulations on a great weekend and of course to all the GB team. Sorry you can't make our social evening ,by the way your birthday is no excuse we have a great bar and quite willing to carry you to the nearest Hotel at the end of the evening.
