Here is a quick overview of what I will be doing in 2010. I'm starting off with a British Swimming Relay camp in Cardiff for 4 days from the 14^th -17^th January.

Then from there I will fly out to Florida with my training group for a 3 week warm weather training camp based in Fort Lauderdale.

Following on from that I will be competing for my University at the BUCS's on the 12^th - 14^th February - Go Loughborough!!!!

The very next weekend I will be competing for Great Britain at the "Duel in the Pool" against Germany.  This will be held in Swansea on the 20^th and 21^st February.

Once the "duel in the Pool" has finished I have 5 weeks based in Loughborough before the British Long Course Trials for both the European and Commonwealth Championships 29^th March - 3^rd April. All going well at the trials the next part of the year will be as follows.

May 7^th it's my 25^th Birthday!!!!

On the 16^th May there is a 2 week training camp for the British swimming squad, probably to the B.E.S.T training Centre in Mallorca.

In June I will be competing in two of the Mare Nostrums, usually in Barcelona (Spain) and Canet (France).

Then it comes to the two major competitions of the year.

The European LC Championships run from the 8^th - 15^th August

The Commonwealth Games in Deil run from the 3^rd - 14^th October.

There is also one more major competition at the end of 2010 which is the World SC Championships which runs from the 15^th - 19^th December in Dubai.
